QuickTank! is made from laser cut, machine bent, 18 gage stainless steel and TIG welded. Internal baffles are welded in before the tank is sealed to minimize fuel sloshing and add strength.
QuickTank! mounts are made from thick wall stainless steel tubing with stainless steel hinges to "help keep the parts from getting lost" and make mounting easier. Parts are hand made and measured multiple times to assure that they fit the GL1800 passenger seat.
AN-6 steel bulkhead weld fittings are standard for both the drain and vent line connections, but I can install any steel fitting you supply. One popular option is listed in the plumbing link.
